"I am woman. Hear me roar."

I grew up in a small Minnesota town full of Norwegians who say “uff da” and “ya sure.” I’m a hunter. The first time 40 deer ran next to me in the woods, I managed to miss them all! Since then, I’ve gotten an 8-point buck. I also love sports, and now I’m a roller derby girl. Bring on the fishnets, tube socks and girl power! One surprising thing about me is that I can walk half the length of a gym on my hands. Joining a contact sport on roller skates was right up my alley. Add the amazing girls and the ability to look a little ridiculous, and I think it’s the Best. Thing. Ever.
